As CEO and Founder, Cecilia Vilchis specializes in strategic partnerships, international cooperation, and regional project management. She has led initiatives in research, sustainability, social innovation, and regional engagement, building partnerships and multidisciplinary teams to turn opportunities into tangible projects.

Our Story
After several years of working in international consulting, our CEO and Founder, collaborated with stakeholders across sectors, contributing to regional and international projects throughout the Americas. She founded Confluencia with the vision of building a firm that connects ideas, organizations, and people to sustainable impact.
What sets Confluencia apart is our ability to combine deep local knowledge with international expertise, supported by a multidisciplinary network of professionals with extensive experience across different sectors and countries.
Through our partnerships, cross-sector collaboration, applied research, project design and implementation, we utilize the knowledge we learned from organization forums and delegations to turn ideas into initiatives.
